Response to the Consultation on the Proposed Legislative Competence Order relating to Community Councils and Councillor Recruitment, Retention and Allowance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I thank you for your consultation letter of 22/7/09 concerning the above matter. Members of my Community Council considered its contents at their last meeting on the 10/9/09 and decided that they were opposed in princple to the Assembly gaining any new powers over community councils in Wales.
