The Council is in receipt of your "Consultation on proposed Legislative Competence Order relating to community councils and councillor recruitment, retention and allowances”.
Whilst the Council does not wish to offer substantive comments, I have been asked to write and express the Council’s support for the process that will enable decisions to be made by the Assembly on such matters.
