Response to the Consultation on the Proposed Legislative Competence Order relating to Community Councils and Councillor Recruitment, Retention and Allowance

Dear Sir,

In response to your set consultation questions, I would make the following statements on behalf of Llanedi Community Council:-
1. In principle, my Council supports the proposition that the Assembly sholud have legislative competence in the areas described.
2. No specific comments.
3. No specific comments.
4. No specific comments.
5.  My Council would not feel able to support the immediate introduction of the Order without more detailed background information, a timetable for its implementation and, in particular, an indication of the likely financial implications.
