Review of Standing Orders

The Business Committee has published its Report on the Review of Standing Orders in preparation for the Fourth Assembly. The Committee recommends that the Assembly remakes Standing Orders in accordance with the Report’s proposals. The new Standing Orders will be subject to Assembly approval in Plenary on 16 March and will take effect on 5 May 2011.
