The Proposed Affordable Housing LCO Committee consulted on the proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (No.5) Order 2008 (Affordable Housing), which will give the National Assembly the right to legislate in relation to the disposal of dwellings and dwelling houses by social landlords (Affordable Housing).
