To extend the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales to make new laws for Wales by Measure in relation learner transport and concessionary travel.

Latest News

Following agreement by the National Assembly and both Houses of Parliament of the text of the Draft Order, the Order was made by Her Majesty in Council on 12 April 2010. The Assembly is now able to make Measures (laws) under the Matters listed in the Order.
