Access

Members of the public can access the Pierhead via the main entrance at the front of the building, facing the bay. Visitors requiring help with mobility may wish to use the wheelchairs provided for public use in the building.

Lifts

There are lifts and stair access to all the public areas of the Pierhead.

Seating

There is seating available for the public in all the public areas in Pierhead.

Facilities for people with young children

There is pram / pushchair access to all the public areas.

Information

Staff are on-hand at reception to provide information and to answer questions; a range of publications is also available.

Public lavatories

There are public lavatories on the ground and second floors of the building which are accessible to members of the public.
